I have completed an approved three years training at the Alexander Technique School, Queen’s Park.

As a member of STAT I have professional indemnity insurance and I am bound by STAT’s constitution and its code of professional conduct.

Alongside my private clinic in North London, I assist Penny O’Connor at The ArtsEd School of Acting in Chiswick once a week, working with drama and music students.

I regularly visit Ilana Machover at her school in Queen’s Park and Brigitte Cavadias at her vision course.

I am a member of QPATT (Queen’s Park Alexander Technique Teachers) whose aim is to promote the Technique.

I have been trained by Brigitte Cavadias as a Vision Education teacher and have run a clinic under her supervision with Marianne Moinot, another Alexander Technique teacher, every Tuesday since January 2006. I also have a private practice.

Halfway through my Alexander Technique training I realised how important it is to introduce the Bates principles in a conscious way during the Alexander technique lessons. I did notice more and more that straining the eyes causes stress and stress causes misuse; misuse affects functioning and functioning affects structure.
